Caring for Your Mental Health

What happens when life throws you curve balls? How do you react when you encounter disappointments, frustrations, or failures? Obviously, it is difficult to consistently hit curve balls out of the park, but if we have the ability to ask for help, we increase our chances of dealing productively with whatever comes at us.

It is my goal, during the course of therapy, to help you use your strengths to meet life’s challenges – expected or unexpected. If you are having problems dealing with anxiety, depression or stress, I am here to give you the tools you need to get you through difficult times.

It is important to remember that caring for your mental health is an integral part of caring for your physical well-being.
